i checked my online banking on the 08/03/12 and noticed £59.94 was taken out but wouldnt tell me wot it was until now,i would like to knw how these scamers was able to gain acess to my account to take any thing out, if anyone knows anything about these people and how to get my money bk please post on here. Thanks

  • stop your bank card NOW and get a replacement,otherwise you will be hit twice,like my friend.Write a letter to your bank (recorded delivery) stating the withdrawal was unauthorised.They must prove YOU authorised it or refund your money,you don't have to prove anything.The company has given the Halifax Bank a 'dedicated' number to sort out complaints.Total rubbish & a complete waste of time but you can have it:0844 7042856
