I ordered their diet pills online and was told this was a free sample and only included £2.99 shipping and handling which was direct debited from my bank account. On the 10/03/12 £75.00 was direct debited from my account without any warning of this. I was informed in their correspondence that £37.50 would be taken by direct debit each month on delivery of their next batch of diet pills to me and so on until I cancelled the subscription. I think I am entitled to some kind of explanation for this but have had no joy in getting through to them on the phone as yet.
