on 3-13-2012 i was told that i needed to pay a balance 0f 3.87 cents and i did so i could get any grant i wanted but i had to pay another 3.87cent so i had to put money on my card and had to go to walmart twice to get money put on it im very upset pease help me thank you lois fox
