I ordered a FREE trial of African Mango. There was a postage charge of approx. $4.98AUS. I received the free trial. I also found that I had been charged a further $98.07 two weeks later, another withdrawal on the 3rd of January, again on the 3rd February, 2012. Altogether almost $400.00AUS has been withdrawn from my Credit Card without my permission. I had considerable trouble contact these people as they don't appear to have a mailing address. I finally managed to find a telephone number in Canada and after many attempts managed to speak to someone. I was informed that I could not write to them, but finally was given an email address. They then emailed me back and promised to accept my cancellation.

Since the initial "free trial" I have received one further bottle of African Mango which for customs purposes is valued at $4.98. My account has not been charged any further amounts up to date since cancellation.

However, I have been unable to get my bank to activate the refund process on my behalf as they inform me that upon accepting the "free" trial I ticked the Terms and Conditions box which gave me a "membership", enabling this company to make the deductions. I strongly advise reading VERY carefully the Terms and Conditions.

Cancelling my credit card won't work either. As it seems it is legal for this company to continue drawing against my old Card Number, and the Bank will be obliged to transfer the deduction against my new Card Number. The only cause open to me was to completely cancel the card and pay it out.
