Looked on my statement and they have taken £59.94 from my account, I am so angry pray I get my hands on them !!!!! Usual thing they don't get in contact with you so am taking it up with bank and threatening letters to your-money to see what happens, this is not over!!!

- wait till 14 days after the withdrawal,write a letter to the bank (by recorded delivery) stating the withdrawal was unauthorised.They must prove it was or refund the money.Suggest reporting them to Solihull Police,where there office is,we have done this.

- Thanx Dave, have been given a number to ring from bank, they sounded like they get this alot so will give it a ring to see if I get anywhere, also gonna ask for new bank card so they don't have the details ;-)
