Recently checked my statements to find your-money.tv has taken 59.94 from my account, ive never heard of this website and have never signed up with them i would like to know how they got my bank details, i called there customer careline and spoke to a receptionist and was told i would get a callback and still no callback. Each time i have called them the receptionist says there is no supervisor here to help and they cant access my details... I would expect a full refund from this, can my bank help with this ?

  • wait till 14 days after the withdrawal,write a letter (by recorded delivery) to your bank,stating the payment was not authorised,the bank have to prove it was.Report the company to Solihull Police (where the office is).CANCEL,your bank card and get a new one NOW,otherwise you will be hit again,my friend has been hit twice!!!!!
