I ordered a personalized Olivia the Pig t-shirt and an Olivia the Pig tote bag for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. After calling multiple times and receiving their voicemail telling me they were with other customers and to call back another time and even emailed their customer service in regards to my order, I've yet to receive my shipment or return call/email. After reading through everyone else's complaints, it sounds like everyone who orders from them is in the same boat. They need to be stopped!!
