I was emailed a notice saying that i won the "green-card" lottery and that i should send money $879 to England asap.

This is a scam and they're using our Department of State's logo. I hope you guys can stop them.

Hello! I also had this situation, I mean I received an email what was say that I won the "green-card" lottery and that i should send money $879 to England asap. I have looked on Google earth at the address that was mentioned in the email - there was a private house.

Does anyone know if the payment is made after receiving the case number or before?
