saw advert on internet, for a free trial offer, only was asked to pay postage and packing,gave my bank details,but after thinking about it decided didnt want it so tried cancelling the order, which i was told via email that product had already been dispatched and to contact customer service which i did , only to be told the product was over 100 english pounds, i was very angry as i am unemployed and a full time carer to my invalid mother, they then said they would give me a discount and it would only cost 58.00pnds, i was told i could return it but that would cost me postage, so i said i would keep it at the discount price but didnt want any more after that. since then i was charged 89.85 pounds in january, then in febuary was charged another 38.00pounds plus 5.00 presumably for postage,i have since then changed my bank account as i feel i have been totally ripped off!!..
