I ordered A laptop computer from them and when I received it, it was not only the wrong model but it was a scratched up used computer. When I complained about it they had me send it back to them at Discount Diva, 20465 Alberta St., Oneida, Tn. 37841 and promised me a full refund. Needles to say I never got the refund so I have since filed a complaint with the better buisness bureau. I would recommend that anyone else who has had problems with this company do the same.
