I looked at the site webrentz.net, and called the local office in Denver. She assured me that if I came to the office and paid $50.00 that she would give me a refund if we were not able to find a house. She even signed the paper saying she would refund our money if we did not find a house. I called her 5 days later letting her know all the listings they had were to far or were townhomes. She then said well I can not give you a refund with out your new lease. The paper she signed never stated that, and we still have not found a home yet. I submitted a complaint to the site, and never got a reply back. I also have called, and now she will not answer her phone. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE they also have listings that are posted on Craigslist already. So they charge you to look at already advertised listings. I plan on taking legal action to get my $50 back and so others do not have to go through the same thing.
