I ordered a $47 solar energy DIY package for $47. The promo offered a free upgrade to an enhanced $67 package. But they charged my account not just the $47 (plus tax), they also made TWO $67 charges (plus tax). Check out their promo at www.homeenergy.org. You can watch their promo, and hear very clearly that the upgrade is free. They also offer a 60-day guarantee, but now that I have checked online, it seems this is pretty much a scam, with no honoring of the guarantee. i also seems that there are others who have had the extra charges.

Secondly, allow me to correct you. Our site is www.homemadeenergy.org - for those who want to see the promo, we have nothing to hide.
The $67 package is indeed an upgrade, but also contains the normal package. You could have always asked for a refund for the normal package in this case instead of calling our company a scam. It is not uncommon that customers click too fast and due to delays they accidentally buy more products than desired. But most just ask for refund and everything is okay.
Regarding the guarantee, we lately have granted refunds which exceeded the time limit.
