I heard the advertisement on the radio and thought it sounded like a great thing to be a part of, only to find out that first you must pay the small fee of $19.95 for processing and all the information would be sent. I cancelled right away before and further charges could occur. I was charged for other things that I do not recall agreeing to but was refunded upon calling to cancel the membership. I have not tried to utilize the coupons.
