Similar story, with Direct transfer boulogne bill. Two charges of $20.49 plus two charges of 61cents. My bank called and told me it looked like fraud on my acct. I called them back and verified I had never done business with this group. The bank is crediting my account and going after them and they requested I file a police report for identity theft fraud, which I did. Cancelled account and got new card with new #. This is incredible, nobody can stop these morons!!
