I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET A LOAN FOR MY DUAGHTER’S QUINCIEARA PARTY. I SPOKE WITH A MR. THOMAS AT (888) 808-4445. HE INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD GRANT ME THE LOAN BUT ONLY IF I COUILD GIVE THEM AN $800.00 GOOD FAITH PAYMENT TO PROVE THAT I COULD MAKE THE LOAN PAYMENTS. THEY ASKED FOR THIS UP FRONT FOR I HAVE A HISTORY OF BAD CREDIT. I SENT THEM THEIR MONIES VIA WESTEN UNION TO THE PERSON AND PLACE THAT THEY STATED. AN HOUR LATER, I RECEIVED ANOTHER PHONE CALL STATING THAT THEY NEEDED ANOTHER $1600.00 FOR THEY SAID THERE WAS ANOTHER LOAN COMING UP UNDER MY CREDIT REPORT FOR A LOAN FOR $50,000.00. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR I HAD JUST RECEIVED A FULL COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT AND THAT WAS NOT ON THERE, NOR ANY CHECKING MY CREDIT FOR A $50,000.00 LOAN. HE STATED THAT THEY STILL NEEDED THE ADDITIONAL MONIES. I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT HAVE IT. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD CALL BACK AND SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. HE LATER CALLED ME BACK AND STATED THAT HIS COMPANY WOULD FRONT ME $800.00 IF I COULD COME UP WITH THE OTHER MONIES. ONCE AGAIN I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL MONIES. HE STATED HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. I LATER GOT A CALL BACK FROM A “SHARP” PERSONALITY INDIVIDUAL TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO ASSIST ME BUT THAT THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME THE LOAN WITH OUT ANOTHER PAYMENT. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND THAT I WANTED A FULL REFUND OF THE MONIES RETURNED TO ME. HE THEN COLDLY STATES “FINE, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONIES BACK IN THE MAIL IN ABOUT 10-15 DAYS”. THIS WAS ON JUNE 30TH 2011. TODAY IS AUGUST 2, 2011 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND OF THE MONIES THAT I SENT THEM.
I CONTACTED THE BBB OF MARYLAND, WHICH IS WHERE THE CONMPANY IS LOCATED. THEY CONTACTED ME BACK THIS DATE AND TOLD ME THAT THIS COMNPANY WAS DISCOVERED AS A SCAM, AND NOT TO LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING ANY MONIES BACK FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS.
