Missed the 2011 charge but caught the 2012 of $49.00 each unauthorized charge to my Visa charge card. 800 number puts you on hold for extended periods 0f time. Sent E-message twice and spoke to rep. No action after 2 months. Also sent complaint to VISA. No action as of 3-10-12. Also reported to the FTC.
