Exactly the same as Ben - checked my online acount, saw this transaction, never heard of them, never signed up with them, contacted them and they said they were closed until Monday morning. Contacted my bank and they said they could investigate, but not for 30 days!

- I have phoned this company,so many times,on behalf of a friend,they now block my calls.I phoned them so many times 2 nights ago,that the receptionist,eventually asked me 'what holidays I was interested in'?...I said 'what?'......Oh you've got the wrong number...she said,but I recognised her voice..When I phoned back,yet again,and this time I really checked the number,I got an answer service from a travel company saying the office was shut!!!!! How about that!!!!
