ipaid an membership fee of 59.95 for three months and 14.95 for first time setup fee.currently the services still isnt working.i have sent them many emails explaining the situation,i read the agreement policy it did not state that there was no refund policy cause i would have not sent them my money.today makes an month and i still havent recieved any money or sevice.they sent me an email stating that its not there fault and i should contact southern state correction facility where my boyfriend is incarcerated.i contacted the facility and they dont have anything to do with the company. i kepp tryin to contact them through email but,im not getting any response from the company.please help me in this matter.kimberl wilson

they contacted me stating thers no refund and when i asked to speak to an live representitive no one has contacted me yet and its been awhile now.
