i paid for delivery on 2 products that were on a free trial, then i find a month later on my bank statement that they had taken 6 different amounts £19.95 - £79.99, in one month out of my account, totaling £309.88. i have been in contact with them and they said that 'i' had entered into a contract with them and that i agreed to a monthly payment for their products, this is not the case, i only asked for the 'free trial offer' and as for a monthly payment (whats that all about) the payments they took from my account gradualy increased as the month went on! with NO PRODUCTS acctually being sent to me!
I told them on the phone to stop taking money off me and to give me back what they have already taken, after a long and confusing conversation the man on the phone said he would email me to confirm that he has cancelled a nd would re-embirse me my money! I am still waitiing to see my bank statement next week with 'hope' that i will get my money back!
If anyone is reading this to find out about this company DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
