- they took money out of a friend's account in November,they were difficult to deal with and I told him to just write it off as a mistake.However,they came back 2 days ago and took more.All contact with them is a waste of time.Go to your bank 14 days after the money was taken out and file a complaint.The bank have to prove you authorised it or give you your money back.You can report this to Action Fraud at 0300 1232040.We have gone to the police as well.
