my son is in jail. i wanted to set up a calling account for him to call. Went to the Jail call solutions and set up an account. They called me back right away. They
told me i would still need to set up an account with the Jail system which i did.
Jail call solutions gave me a number to give to my son for him to call. Everytime
he calls that number he gets a message thank you for calling then it hangs up.
i have reported this to Jail call solutions. They told me it was the local provider the local provider tells me it is them. I noticed in my profile Jail call solution has the wrong area code listed for my home phone. I have pointed this out to them 7 or 8 times now. No one returns the emails. Nothing is being done. There is no
phone number to reach them. I am caling my credit card company to get a refund. and to let the credit cards companies know these people are scam artists.
save yourself some time and frustration dont use this service. I am checking to see what my cell phone provider can do if they can give me a local number for my son to call.. it might be a bit more but at least he can call me. Right now he has nothing.. The people should be ashamed on how they make a living
