Mr.Pate had submitted and ad on craigslist for a 2br for $700.00 a month but wanted a $300.00 deposit so i send 300 for the deposit and said the keys and documents for the rental will be available friday the 15th it wasnt and he claim he was in nigeria because his wife had just lost their baby and had to get there asap i have every email and phone call i have from this person, he said he was go send money back but having receive it yet.
