I order the free sample, paid the shipping charge and didn't receive it for 3 weeks. Then there is some stuff about a 14-day trial, blah blah blah. I called the phone number (877-593-4160) to cancel anything that I have with them and the phone rings only once. I cannot get a hold of them and I want my money back. I am willing to send the sample in, I never opened it. I cannot find anywhere else to contact them
