Sample ordered and when it came the paperwork informed us that if the sample did not please or wasn't wanted then it had to be returned within a very short time (very difficult because it came from overseas) or our account would be debited 74 €.
We duly sent it back under registered post and we have the receipt and signature of a company representative that it was received. They went ahead and deducted the money anyway and today said they never received the return.
