my car insurance went to take my dd out for my car they phoned me to tell me i didnt have enough money in my bank i thought this is strange cos i had enough in to cover this thye told me someone called your money .tv had taken £69.75 out of my bank i wrote to them telling them i didnt sign up for them & i want my money back at the end of the day thursday 1/3/12
or i would be contacting the police i got a letter from them telling me i had signed up for them on 31/05/11 they said my ip address on checking this this is not my ip address at all i have heared nothing from them nor have i got my money back today friday 9/3/12 i receved aney they have stole from me
other letter from them saying it can have a loan from these lenders as i am now not working the money they sole from me was my dole money which i get every 2 weeks so though this i have not had any food or elec for 2 weeks they cant get away with this casn someone please advice me on how i can go about getting my money back thank you

- 14 days after the money was taken,send a letter to the bank's dispute dept.,saying the withdrawal was unauthorised.They have to prove it was,don't bother with your-money.tv .As a matter of urgency change your account number or you will get hit again,my friend has.Don't take any shit from the bank,they know what's going on and simply trying to wash their hands of it.They are liable.
