Just an update. The following is an e-mail that I received today from Caroline Johnson at Advanced Loan Processing - email was - [email protected] - Subject = Termination. The following is what will happen if you piss them off or start questioning them about the company and it's business license and asking for contact information.

Please note that after careful consideration Advanced Loan Processing (ALP) has not & will not take you on as a client. You do not have a contract with ALP nor have we taken any monies on your behalf. You are to cease contacting this company and all employees effective immediately. Should you continue to harass or slander ALP or any of its employees there will be legal ramifications. You are officially on legal notice.

Of course I responded and left a voice message for Caroline, who's voicemail by the way is Devon speaking, to have them contact me and give me their Attorney's name, phone number, and business license number. I am going to call Channel 3 News in the morning to see if I can get any help on exposing them.
