- They are definitely a scam!!! I ordered a pair of boots and after waiting 2 weeks I tried contacting Human Resources and the seller and no response so I realized something was wrong. If you payed through paypal there is a chance you can get your money back if you did not sign for a package because the site will use it against you saying that you signed for a package and send the tracking number to paypal. If you did not, file a claims report through paypal or speak with your credit card company.
