I ordered a trial sample on February 7th and received it on March 1st. I recieved my bank statement few days later to find that on February 23 they had taken above amount from my account. I contacted by mail and was told that the trial was for 19 days and after that I would be charged. As I said I had not got sample until 23 days after placing the order. Anyone can work out that they took my money 16 days into a nineteen day trial and I did not receive product until 7 days later. They say all refunds have to be claimed in 30 days of order, same number of days it took to deliver. How can they be allowed to take money before trial is over, and how can they take it before it is delivered. I will certainly try to get this sorted but do not give myself much hope.
