Site appears to be set up solely for the purpose of taking fraudulent card orders (no brand names on most items, prices within $6-$13 range, customer support goes to a cell phone, domain registration hidden on WHOIS through privacyprotect.org). I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, I would recommend you do the same.
