This file backup company is not legitimate. The address is a mailbox, and phone number goes to voicemail. I tried to find out more about the company and the customer support was very non-responsive and secretive. I did not want to upload my documents for backup since I cannot trust them. I asked to cancel my account but no one replied, I will try to file a complain to credit card company.
Update: 03/12/2012
after a few complaints and a few days late my account was cancelled and money refunded. even with this, i would not recommend this service until the company gets their act together
