This company is a telemarketer advertising that they can work with your creditors to obtain 6% interest rates but won't work with you unless they can obtain you at least $1000.00 in savings a year. First, they take your money, send you some paperwork to fill out, one you return it, they will call you to schedule you an appointment with a financial advisor. The scheduling call, I had to call them 4 times before I got scheduled, then they scheduled me and missed 2 "appointments" which were supposed to be over the phone. The excuse book is endless, Laura will call you back later today or first thing tomorrow. This has what I have heard 3 days in a row now, I requested a refund and it could not be provided until I spoke to Laura who is always on another call and never returns my calls. I threatened legal action and a posting on this site and it did not phase them at all. I still did not get a return phone call even to re-schedule.
