I was checking for a way to make the exchange from here to you in the US and I came across this option, which is a very good way to make this exchange. They provide excellent service and have very good reviews as far as I've seen.
It's provide by a company called Worldwide Parcel Services and it will help us with this transaction.
They seem designed specifically for internet transactions, they handle both the payment and delivery part of this transaction. They seem pretty nice and trustworthy and they provide a service that we can use for our exchange.
The link below is taken from the Worldwide Parcel Services site and it explains the procedure I am talking about in 7 easy to follow steps. Please check the link and the procedure and let me know if you agree to the terms.

http://worldwide-parcelservices.ca.en-langclient.info/help/service.html

With this procedure I will take the laptop to Worldwide Parcel Services, they will notify you they have the laptop for you, you will send them the payment and they will deliver the laptop to you and send me the payment for the laptop only after you receive and test it and then instruct Worldwide Parcel Services to send me the funds.
I will pay for next day delivery so you will receive the laptop in 2-3 days max.
Let me know if we can proceed.

Armand

I don't see any pics. Not sure how to purchase now that you're in Vancouver.

Hi, this is Armand Curran and I am getting back to you regarding the 13" MacBook Pro from Craigslist.
I am now in Vancouver, Canada.
I am selling the 13" MacBook Pro, with 2.4 Ghz Core2Duo Processor, 4 Gb memory, 500 Gb HD for $450 USD.
I hope you are still interested in buying it.
This Macbook Pro was ordered brand new directly from Apple in June 2010.
About the laptop I can say it is 18 Months old and it is in good shape, no scratches, no dents as you can see from the pics I'm sending. Included in the $450 price is everything the laptop came with when it was new, including the original manuals and warranty papers.
The laptop still has Applecare warranty until June 2013. The Applecare warranty is fully transferable to the new owner.
I tried to be a thorough as I could with the presentation so you can have all the info if you decide to go ahead and buy it.
I have used the laptop mostly for internet browsing and presentations, so I would say it has been only lightly used. The laptop has the Leopard 10.6.4 OS, the iLife 11 and the MS Office 2011 with the original recovery disks included.
One more thing, the laptop is an US version and it works on the US power and plug system so you do not need a converter to use it in the US.
Attached are some photos so you can see the condition before you decide if you want to buy it or not.
Get back to me and let me know if you like the laptop and you wish to buy it.

Thanks,
Armand
