For a one time $3.95 payment for a trial. Now my credit card has been charged twice. 2.7.12 $89.99 and 3.7.12 $73.98. When I Call number provided 1.877.593.4160 all it says is to leave a message. I want this to stop.

i called and finally someone answered.
i had to pay for two shippings, after a long phone call, i got them to refund 60 dollars, but i couldn't get the first payment of $89.99 back, which i think is ridiculous.
i had to agree to that because it was an insanely long conversation and was tired of speaking with different people that would say different things.
the first person said they could only give 10 dollars refund, the second, 20 dollars, and finally, after threatening with going to court, they offered the 60 dollar refund.
it's not all, but at least i got something back.
keep calling, at some point they will answer, threaten with court... it was like saying magic words. -
