I happened upon this site due to an ad on ioffer. Have never used a site like this before and was dubious but it said you could try it for free. I won a number of bids and also decided to chance buying a small number of bids. This would be about October last year, I soon decided that it was not for me. Nowhere that saw on the site did it mention subsciptions otherwise i would never have entertained it. I soon forgot all about it until I recieved my latest card statement i had been debited £59.99. This is an unauthorised transaction.
I logged on to be presented with a new page which says that you can cancel your subscription if you have not used it. As far as i am concerned i have never used it as I was not a member and have never agreed to be so i had meerly used it as a non member. When i asked for my money back they told me i was'nt entitled to a refund as i had benefited from my (non) subscription. These people are crooks.
