I applied for free trial size test samples which I thought would be charged a total of around $6.00 for postage. I have been debited 154.92 (5/2/2012) & $146.16 (22/2/2012) from my mastercard a/c. I have been unable to contact Revitalise Health & Beauty on contact number +44(0)808 168 3684. I have contacted my bank to canel my MCD and sent an email to Creamcareskin.com to cancel contract
