I ordered a bunch of cleaning supplies that were clearance/sale items, very cheaply priced, for a total of about $41.00. I was sent a "partial order" totaling $7 worth of items and charged another $6.99 for shipping the four cleaning brushes that did arrive. Invoice said rest of order would ship within 7-10 days with no further shipping charges. Items still have not arrived and what a coincidence that the websites for these companies do not list a customer service phone number. I am going to contact NRA and make a complaint as well.
