At the store they told me they had a couch ready for delivery. I moved over to buy a dinette and they came back and said 3 weeks instead of 10 days for the couch!
I told them delivery had to be after 1pm. They said it's a day long policy but "don't worry...we'll put in a request and it will be fine." Sure enough, I get an automated call the day before telling me they will be there between 9:45 and noon! I call back, speak to 3 customer service reps/managers who all say it will be OK, just be there at 1pm.
The morning of delivery I get at call at 10am saying they are at my house where am I ??? They didnt even give me the 1 hour notice they promised!
