I took a payday loan in the amount of 400.00 from white hills cash. Instead of taking the payment in full the first opportunity I was paid this company has decided to take 150 from every paycheck for the last 3 months totalling WAY more than 400. I was finally able to get them to take paymet in full and leave me alone, heres how I did it- I drafted an e-mail to the address given in my 'extension' e-mail, the address is [email protected]. My e-mail stated my full name and account number and also the exact amount I wanted paid in full and the exact date (the new due date for my 'extension'). I stated that they must follow my request or I would report them to my bank for fraudulent activity. I copied this same e-mail and re-sent it about 8 times. THAT finally got a response from them saying 'your loan is set to pay in full on...' and so far looks like its been taken care of. I wish everyone luck, these guys aren't out to help anyone.
