I called this company because it was nextag rated as very good. Before the phone call was disconnected (?) my credit card had been charged a total of 830.oo before a transaction was finalized. When I tried to call back to see why I was charged an unauthorized, incomplete transaction, I was met with a beligerent sales person telling me it was my fault I did not answer the phone when it was disconnected and that he was going to "stick me" with the charges because it was my fault. They practice bait and switch...DO NOT do business with them...digital hunter aka another name digital depot...they had the nerve to tell me that even tho I hadnot authorized a credit card charge, they did so anyway and my bank called to alert me. Only once I threatened legal action did they reverse the charges and give me back money which they were never authorized to charge. Bait and switch also, they sold me a package which was priced much higher than what I was originally requesting, which included a thirty dollar fee for insurance. Had the product not shipped, they would have not backed down. Scumbag business. Stay away. Shame on you nextag for endorsing this company.
