went for the offer of two skin care products totalling £8.94. recieved two bottles (not sample size as advised) thought nothing of it until recieving my latest bank statement which stated that a total of £309.88 had been taken out of my account in differing amounts on random days up till now. In shock i contacted by bank to investigate the matter. they informed me that an ongoing account had been set up with named company that they (the bank) could not cancel or stop.i was able to obtain the contact no. for said company which also operates under the name "revitalisebeauty" being 08081787320.. after a heated conversation with the first operative i was able to cancel the unwillingly set up account and claim a £154.94 refund. unsatisfied i persisted to talk to a superior to claim the £126.2 still owed. after a long-winded talk i have been promised that the amount will be refunded in full. during this conversation i had my bank statement and a calculator in front of me so that i was able to work out any figures they tried to fix. i also asked for names of operatives and reference numbers to relate to every debit taken.. i would strongly advise this and even recording the call for evidence. i had not agreed to any ongoing account with this company as they said. And i wonder how many people out there who dont check statements will be stung by this absolute scam. My advice is to have all details and figures ready when contacting this company and do not back down untill a full refund is promised
