I had a slow draining toilet and before he looked at the problem he said I have a bad toilet and need to replace. Told him the other worked just fine. he then snaked the toilet and said I had roots in the system and they would have to remove the toilet to clean it and it would cost me $500. I asked what it entailed and all he said was I have to take off the toilet. I said thats a ten minute job and your still going to snake it right? So to removed my toilet and snake it went from $99.00 to $500.00. This is classic bait and switch, I told them to get out.
