Same people every time, The have a genuine site on Alibaba.com, when you ask for Quotations, they have your email, name and enquirey. Then they use a dummy account and offer cheap products that fits your enquireis , with 5 Year Gurantees. They collect enough orders and money, close the site and start another....
We cant stop them unfortunately from ripping of hundreds of people
