Today, I received in mail a letter with a verification certificate from URL indicating that I had won $2,678, 394. My account number is (Personal Information Removed) . The instructions are to fill out the certificate and return ASAP with a $20.00 fee charge.
Immediately, I knew it was a scam!!! To confirm my suspicion, I did a web-search on Publishers Clearing House. There it is! URL is a scam! If you have really won anything, you do not have to send money to get it!
