Scam! Fraud! I bought into the hype and tried to purchase the program for 48.50. I entered my credit card information and billing address and clicked submit. RED LETTERS "Your credit card has been declined. Check your address and expiration and click Submit or NEXT or whatever. Again comes up Declined. Two seconds later the fraud center from my bank calls me to confirm two charges from "TOPS ACADEMY" for 48.50!!!! I said no this says it didn't go through. She said they could see both charges on my account. Assholes!! I got scammed big time!! So now I had to have my account frozen the card blocked and have to wait until Monday to go to my bank 2 hours away and pay for another card!! I am so pissed!!!
