I placed an order for a Casio Baby-G watch for my wife. 2 weeks has gone by without a response. They only had provided an e-mail as contact info, so I wrote to them asking about my order. I got a response from them a few days later in poor English that the order has been shipped. Since it was an international order, it would take a couple of weeks to arrive.

Ok, so at least an response. Then 1-2 weeks later their package arrived but it wasn't the watch I ordered. It was a Casio but a really cheap one and I think it is actually a fake imitation of it. I e-mailed them about it, and another few days went by and then they told me that it was their fault. They told me to keep the watch and they will send me what I ordered 6 months from now. Yeah, like I'd believe that. I told them, no, I want to return the watch and get my refund. They told me that shipping was $70 and taxes are $30 plus 15% restocking fee + 15% import/export duties + 10% taxes for credit card. So they messed up my order, and now they want to charge me even more. I told them that even they admitted that it was their own mistake and to pay for something like restocking fee is absurd.

So I found a link for the watch they sent me on a US based website, and it was only for $39. So I wrote an e-mail back to them and included the link and told them, if they can refund me the difference we can call it even. They have since stopped responding to me. Never will I order again from a website that I believe in based in China.
