Sinced they called after normal hours Someone with a strong accent answered when I called back. Asking about government funding, she replied only about "some companies who DONATE funds for business ventures" She then told me there would be ,a $4.99 FEE for taking the infomation payable only by Credit card, only by computer, & nothing sent by mail. I hung up. I deem this as a RIP-OFF, but do not know for certain. Annon
