BEFORE ANY OTHER VICTIMS READ ON, KNOW THAT YOU CAN FILE AN ACH DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK AND GET A REFUND OF THE CHARGE.

On 2/17 I discovered that a debit in the amount of $30. was made to my checking account. It was made through a company called Paytrix on behalf of L&M Enterprises-My Payday Builder.com. I called because I had never heard of this company nor signed up for any account. I was told that my account would be cancelled, and a refund would be processed. I received an email to that effect. On 2/27 I called again because I had not received a refund. After an hour of 3 customer representatives and 2 supervisors telling me that the refund had been processed, it became clear that the refund had been processed in their system, but would never actually be made. I was told that there was no finance dept to be referred to, and no refund dept., and that I was not allowed to talk to anyone in the “back room” They could give me no date or approximate date of the actual refund. They spoke some nonsense about a banking cycle. Just a runaround, could a give them a couple more days. I called again today 2/29. Got the same time of response. Asked for a supervisor, she was out sick, so I asked for her supervisor and she was busy. Could I call back? No. I waited for an hour only to get the same responses, but there was a new wrinkle, now there was a computer glitch that they just found out about. IT was working on it. Funny but none of the refunds (I guess there must be a lot of them) from 2/17 were not getting processed. When the problem was fixed they would be entered “one at a time” in this computer age. I told them that the fact that the refund was processed in their computer meant only that it was in their computer, not that I would actually get it. I told them that I had already reported them to the BBB and would today report to the FTC, which I did. I am also putting their name on all the scam and ripoff sites I can find until I actually get my refund. Called today 3/1 and was given a phony transaction number for my refund. Called the bank, they said they never received it, and even checked to see if it has been sent and returned due to incorrect information. There was no record from that company other than the original debit. They also confirmed that it would have posted on the day it was received. Called my payday back. Now they couldn't tell me the bank they tried to refund it to. But, oh yes, it was refunded on 2/17. Now I am at least reaching in country help. When I repeated my story, they wanted to know who gave me that information. I told that it came from Tran and Jur at the same number that I was calling. I am now awaiting a call because they are investigating. I have been told that before.

  • Same story Here. I have been dealing with this since 2/12 and an email was sent on 2/13 saying my refund was processed. Yet, here I am still waiting. Now today, when i tried to call the company, I keep getting an answering machine saying to leave a message and I will be called back as soon as possible.
