I saw this product on a pop up add on 8 February 2012 whilst on e-mail and took free trial to mean just that. I paid the handling charge which was the only thing they confirmed to me by e-mail as being the value of the order. On 24th I noticed they had taken £74.95 from my bank - unauthorised! I contacted my bank and they are helping me. I learned that in the small print they do tell you they are going to do this unless you stop them within the 14 days. Furthermore they also tell you they will continue to send the stuff every month and will collect this - unless you stop them. In other words they will continue to rob you - unless you stop them. And they don't make that easy. You can only do it by phone - I did speak to them and they cancelled any future shipments but refused to take this one back under their 30 day guarantee as it had been ordered under the free-trial! The product is not even good. I told her this and she said sometimes it takes longer than 14 days to see results - so what is the point of a 14 day free trial - obvious to con us into this scam. I have asked my bank to cancel the transaction and am hoping they can do this for me but I have to wait and see if they send any more product. The product is not worth the money and I would never have paid even a quarter of that. When I rang to cancel the american robot kept apologising and offering to send me more stuff - free. Yes I bet it would be. I had to refuse most strongly to shut her up and stop her sending me £100 free stuff and membership to some club or other. I haven't done yet.
