We were contacted by phone and talked to joyce rogers.She said that she assist with free grant money for businesses.She said that the grant money is limited to first come first serve basic.We had only one day to talk to her.I finally talked to her and she said that,the money would be released on the third week of May.We have six months to spend the money for the business.First we have to submit a written nine page proposal.She gave us a case number along with a phone number (850)254-0692 to talk to a Jeff O'Brien.The first conversation with Jeff was on Wed 02/08/12.He wanted to know the nature of our business.He requested the very next day a rough draft or ball park figure of the money amount we needed. We called the next day 02/09/12 with all the info he asked for.He said that we need to pay $487.00 by cashier's check to a

114th Ave. Unit 1P,Miami,Florida 33172 by tomorrow 02-10-12.We had to call him back with the tracking number.He said that will speed the process of writing the grant.He said that he will call Tuesday 02/21/12.We should have our quotes in writing along with all miscellaneous items.We worked very hard to get all of this collected.I nor my husband went to work on Tuesday 02/21/12.We both had to talk to him.We call him at 830 am on Tuesday.He did not answer,we left a message.We called about every hour until 200 pm.My husband had to go to work.His job is eight hours away.Needless to say we are very angry.I called Joyce Rogers on the following Monday at (202)570-7295,of course no dial tone.I called Jeff O'Brien on Monday also, I left a message.He has never returned our call. When we call it says welcome to Cooper Financial
Services.Jeff e-mail a disclosure agreement.For what it worth
we have that as proof (scam/fraud).Cooper Financial has a responsibility to pay up or get to the bottom of this matter.
The only Cooper Financial that I can find is in Tallahassee,Florida.If this has happened to anyone else.Let other people know,and may be something can be done.
