i received a call from Man who claimed he was with publishers clearing house and that I had won a sweepstakes but before they could send me the money, I would have to pay the tax. He said if I had a credit card, they could put the tax on the credit card. I told him I was in good standing with IRS and I had never heard of a tax to be paid in advance before you receive the money. He hung up on me.
